Group Personal Training
Full Body Metabolic Power Hour This is our specialty also referred to as GPT. These sessions encompass full body workouts that are designed to strengthen and firm up muscles. Every session is a combination of free weights, crossed with mat work; cardio bursts to elevate the heart rate. These sessions are designed with the group dynamic in mind; 6 -8 participants max.
