With 6 years in the industry, Ranj understands that true wellness is a balance—more than just exercise and diet—it is a lifestyle and a choice. No matter where you are starting from or what your goals are, Ranj can help you achieve and maintain them with the latest in fitness and wellness activities and information, ongoing support and an unparalleled ‘can-do’ attitude. With an extensive education beyond personal training including yoga, nutrition, injury rehab and more, if you are ready to incorporate the fun of fitness into your life, Ranj can get you there.

When not in the studio, Ranj is a dedicated mother of three beautiful daughters and an active community contributor. Whether volunteering with the Delta Police, participating in the Dragon Boat festival to raise money for Children’s hospital, working at her children’s school or in her work as an ambassador for Lululemon, Ranj understands that giving back to the community in which you live and work is an essential part of overall well-being. With years of competitive sports behind him including more than 30 years of lacrosse and more rounds of golf than he can count, Steve brings an upbeat, enthusiastic approach to fitness. Whether you are a first timer or a fitness enthusiast looking for your next challenge, Steve is committed to meeting and exceeding your expectations and promises to make you sweat a little in the process. When not in the studio, Steve can be found at the lacrosse box where he coaches 6 & 7 year old boys, on the golf course or chasing around his one year old, Zach.

Available in 30 and 60 minute sessions or offered as buddy training this serious workout will deliver every time.

Group Personal Training

Tap into the benefits of personal training with the support of a group setting. GPT is ideal for people who are more motivated when working in a group environment but are still looking for a serious workout. Because these classes are made up of small groups you get a workout that is supervised and personalized for you. Made up of 4 – 8 people and offered in both 30 and 45 minute session, GPT is guaranteed to help you meet your fitness goals.

Fat Buster Cardio Max

If you are like many of us and never seem to get your cardio in, this is the class for you. 30 minutes of small group (4 – 8 people) intense cardio including skipping, treadmill, elliptical, agility ladder, steps and more. No more wasting time on the treadmill or Stairmaster at the gym, if you are looking to burn fat and lose weight, this is the class for you. When you leave this class you will know you just had a great workout in record time.

30/30 GPT/Cardio Max

Push your workouts over the top. By combining 30 minutes of Group Personal Training and 30 minutes of the Fat Buster Cardio Max you will get maximum benefit from this full-body workout. If you are looking to lose weight , tone and build muscle this is 60 minutes you can’t afford to miss (offered as part of standard schedule with special package pricing, some restrictions apply).

Weekend Warrior: Strength & Tone

Are you a weekend warrior who is tired of getting lost in those big weekend gym classes? Looking for a class that will deliver a complete workout every time? Try this ‘weekend only’ strength and tone class designed to get your day off to a great start. Offered exclusively Saturday and Sunday morning, this class promises to be different. No more hiding at the back of the room, it’s time to get your money’s worth. This class will be offered free to new clients for the month of February 2009.

Parent & Tot

We’ve all been there, you have a baby or toddler and finding time to exercise seems impossible. Why not bring your tot along? These 45 minute, activity-filled classes will deliver a mix of fitness and fun. From ball and mat work with your tot, to a serious ‘stroll’ with the stroller take 45 minutes out of your day to reintroduce fitness into your life. Daddy’s welcome!

1) Can I work out on the equipment by myself? A. Yes, we offer a Prestige Membership that allows our clients to work out on the equipment on their own offering only 50 Prestige Memberships in order to maintain a private feel to your studio at all times. The Prestige members work out on the cardio equipment by booking it in advance, they also receive 1 free 30 minute Personal Training Session per month, discounts on Personal Training and full access to all Group Personal Training Sessions per month.*

2) What if I just want to work out at a gym? A. No problem we offer a Prestige Membership that allows our clients to work out on the Cardio equipment by booking the machine in advance. We offer 50 Prestige Memberships only, to maintain a private feel to the studio at all times. The Prestige Members also receive 1 complimentary 30 minute Personal Training session per month, discounts on Personal Training packages and full access to our Group Personal Training classes.

3) Can I warm-up on the cardio equipment before my Private Training Session? Yes, that is what our cardio equipment is for. Your Trainer will instruct you as to how long and how hard you need to exercise before or after your Private Training Session

4) Why are your fees more than most fitness clubs/gyms? A. You’re right – our clients make more of an investment in their health and fitness programs when they train, and because we are not a fitness club/gym. Because we are a training studio, we provide our clients with assistance and attention so that they maximize their workouts and get results, quicker, safer and more efficiently. We don’t have 6000 -10,000 members to keep track of, which means we can take care of our clients better. We are a community oriented studio with our client’s best interests in mind. We also only staff the best to service our clients. All of our Trainer’s attend regular continuing educational events world wide. Our clients understand that this type of service and training is what is going to get them the results and fitness levels that they work towards in the first place.

5) Why do your Group Training classes cost more than Fitness clubs/gyms? A. Our Group Training sessions are very different than the aerobic classes that you’ll see offered in most Fitness Clubs/gyms. Our classes are taught by qualified and experienced Personal Fitness Trainer’s and trainer’s highly qualified in their area (Pilates, Yoga and Weight Training, sport conditioning, all of our trainer’s are very well trained in the proper movement mechanics and program design to ensure you get the most out of your training experience.) Our class sizes are smaller than all gyms and fitness clubs so our trainers can monitor your technique and ensure safe and quality workout.

6) Do you offer Pilates/Yoga? A. Yes, we do. We call these programs our wellness programs. Pilates Fit and Yoga Fit. We may modify the original programs to include core fun as well as strengthening exercises and yoga. Furthermore, we may modify the sequence of exercises for greater benefits.

7) If I am a Group Training client, can I come in and just use the locker facilities and cardio equipment before or after my session? A. Absolutely! We do not offer lockers at our facility. Access to the cardio equipment is available by booking it in advance, as a “Prestige Member.”

8) Pre-Authorized Payment Questions: A. Preauthorized automatic payment is safe and convenient method of paying for training services. We are currently not offering this service, but may do so in the near future. There are no long term contracts so if you need to cancel at any time for whatever reason; you are free to do so, giving us 30 days written notice via email is fine.

9) How much do I have to pay up front? A. You pay for the term or sessions purchased before training commences. We accept post-dated cheques for your convenience.

10) What if I change my credit card number sometime in the future? (We are currently not offering this service.) We are currently offering this option. A. To ensure your payments are credited promptly, please provide us with your new account information a few weeks in advance of your next payment date. We will make the necessary arrangements.

11) Do I have to sign a contract? A. Yes, we do have contracts at Studio 64 Personal Training Inc.; however, signing a contract is in the clients best interest as it protects you and the money you are investing in training.

12) How do I sign up? A. Just call 604 961-7543 or email info@studio64pt.com to set up a consult with one our fantastic trainers/coaches.

13) Will my Group training fee ever increase? A. Fees are based on operating costs and inflation; costs may increase once a year by 4%.

14) Can I put my payments on hold if I’m away? A. Yes, the option to freeze your training fees for a minimum of 1 month. An administrative bi-weekly payment will be deducted to maintain your client status. We offer many alternatives, you may take this up with management when the need arises. Or before beginning any training please speak with management. Your training ~ your time. We are here to ensure that you experience your journey to wellness in the best possible way.

15) If I have a question, who should I talk to? A. Talk to Ranj or Jessica and they will answer any questions you may have.

16) I don’t like automated payment options. Can I just pay for Group Training upfront? A. Yes, definitely.
