Full Body Metabolic Power Hour (aka GPT)
This is our specialty also referred to as GPT. These sessions encompass full body workouts that are designed to strengthen and firm up muscles. Every session is a combination of free weights, crossed with mat work; cardio bursts to elevate the heart rate. These sessions are designed with the group dynamic in mind; 6 -8 participants max. A seriously FUN "Happy Hour"; strength train with a group and enjoy the benefits of anaerobic intervals. You’ll learn how to incorporate weights into your routines properly, while strengthening and defining muscle, which in turn intensifies your caloric burning. These are high intensity workouts; and they provide a fabulous mix for all levels of fitness.

Your commitment is 8 or 12 pre-booked Group Sessions; in order for us to assist you to your success, we need a commitment from you. Keep your appointments; see your success.
Unattended GPT; well you snooze you miss out on some fabulous training; our sessions do NOT carry over to the next month. Our Trainers are here to train whether one person shows up or all 6 participants. So please adhere to your commitment~ we do and we will be here waiting for you.
