TRX Fun
Details
The TRX was invented by a Navy Seal, Randy Hetrick, for training overseas. The TRX is a complete body weight training system that is being used by top trainers, pro athletes, the military and fitness enthusiasts around the world. The TRX allows you to use your own body weight as resistance. These half hour sessions you will work your entire body in ways you never thought possible. Metabolic training at its best; you are sure to fire up your core every workout. However, do not be discouraged, possibly the greatest thing about the TRX is that it is perfect for all ages and levels of physical ability, a slight shift of the feet can modify the workout to suit your needs.

Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps
Details:
Every Saturday morning at 8am we run a 45 minute class that specifically focuses on shoulders, biceps, and triceps and always abs. This killer workout is the perfect thing to get you up and ready for the weekend or use the perfect excuse to take it easy around the house.

Details:
This is a class designed specific to target those areas everyone wants to tone up. In this class we do a variety of workouts to give you what you need to build lower body strength, core stability and muscle tone.

Power of the Mind for Success
Details:
Thirty Minutes of guided meditation; come and learn how to quiet your mind. Our focus will be on how to bring awareness to your thoughts; while freeing your mind of ongoing chatter. Come unleash a whole new creative power that has been waiting for you to tap into. Any success we experience; physical or mental begins in our head. It is time to tap into your wealth of inspiration. This session is excellent for all age levels. No matter what your background, come unwind; and set your mind on the path for ultimate success. This guided meditation will get you closer towards your next step to success. Come unleash your creativity.

Indoor/Outdoor Boot Camp
These are seriously military inspired workouts; which offer you mixes of traditional Jack Lalanne’s, jumping jacks to all types of calisthenics’ and body weight exercises with interval training and strength and core conditioning.

Bosu Boot-camp
The Bosu Ball is a fantastic way to challenge your core; this unique class offers you a mix of cardio, strength training and core/balance work. 60 Minutes of intense core balancing challeging fun.
